Refund policy

All sales are final. Because squishies are handled toys, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. Please read the size, firmness and filling on each product page before you order, or message us first if you are not sure. If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace the item or refund it.
